I know that things go wrong. The company I work for manufactures standby power supplies (we need things to go wrong). It is how it is handled when things go wrong that define excellent service or a bitter complaint. I got great service, it was handled in a competent and complementary manner, I am happy. I had a very similar experience with them when I ordered one of the new long sleeve shirts for a December tournament. It came without the ASA embroidery so I called and was asked if I could use it for anything else. I said it'd be perfect for early season high school games and was told to enjoy it and the replacement would arrive the next day. I'm a happy monkey.
