Different crews will have their own way to handle this. Talk about it in pregame. When i am the r in a 3 person game and we have a last shot it depends on what is happening in the game. IS the lead two points or three how much time remains and who is the go to person,post or shooter. My rule is never switch in the last ten-twelve seconds.
Two things to remember, center usually has finally call. and don't screw it up!
