Last year, I had a 7th grade boy ask me before a game if he had to remove his nipple ring. It took a moment for that to set in, then I told him yes. He told his coach he had to go to the restroom and he would be back in a few minutes.
My partner, who heard the entire conversation, asked me how I'd like to be that kid's dad. I said, "Uhhhhhh, no".
