1) According to US Higschool rules Can any one on the team shoot a techincal foul???? Even if they are on the bench granted they havent fouled out?????

2) according to US highschool rules If the offensive player is fouled in the act of shooting and is injured on the play and can not return to the game, is the defensive team allowed to choose who shoots the free throws??? Can they select the worse free throw shooter even if he is on the bench???
