Technical fouls and replacing injured players US Highschool Rules

1) According to US Higschool rules Can any one on the team shoot a techincal foul???? Even if they are on the bench granted they havent fouled out?????

2) according to US highschool rules If the offensive player is fouled in the act of shooting and is injured on the play and can not return to the game, is the defensive team allowed to choose who shoots the free throws??? Can they select the worse free throw shooter even if he is on the bench???

2. substitute shoots free throws.......defense does not get to choose

so if shaq is fiouled with 1 second left...he can theoretically fake an injury come out of the game and have barbosa come off the bench to shoot the free throw and win the game for the Suns???

In a high school game, yes.

The NBA does not play by high school rules; this is one example where the rules differ a lot.
