3 man T.O. mechanics
We ref primarily with the 2 man crew but are sending a few officials to BU for the regional nirsa tournament this year and so I'm trying to prepare them for 3 man crews. What is the proper positioning for timeouts in the 3 man?
For that matter what is the proper 2 man position, we usually just go to the top of each key. Is that correct?
