The mentality of rec. ball is incredibly different from organized basketball. For what ever reason rec. coaches beleive they have more "pull" with refs in rec ball. The opposite should be true. But for reasons such as lack of preperation, lack of professionalism, ect. (that we all do when we referee rec games) it is not.
We can however, nip the problem in the rear by giving coaches "Ts" early and staying on top of the sitution.
I agree, rec coaches and players can be a problem.
