I will give you a word of advice. I would not go around telling people how to respond. It is your responsibility as it is everyone else's responsibility to read through the information and decide which is correct. And that includes reading the rulebook and casebook or listening to people in your area that you respect. There are officials literally all over the world that come here and have all kinds of experience from the pro ranks to the high school and JH levels. It is up to you to decide based on answers or experience who you should listen to when they respond. This is no different than any other aspect of life. Take what works, throw out what does not.
