Well, after about 30 seconds of play or so, I notice we only have 4 players of team A. I stop play and try to find out what happened. Well, a team A player just couldn’t wait and had dashed off to the bathroom. Not sure how we missed her escape, but we did . Anyway, I told the coach we had to have another player out here. So he puts one at the table and we continue.

Now, all I could think of was that the player left the court without authorization. 9-3-2. so we just gave the ball to the other team.
Is that pretty much it? No technicals or anything else?
Go POI. If you didn't see her leave, you can't call the violation. Aside from that, as BITS said.... Consider it authorized. You gonna make her ask permission?
