My association (for basketball) compared insurance options
and the differance in beifits was astounding.

we went with IAABO as they we far and away the best

here are some of the vitals:
price: IAABO 12 NFHS 10
excess medical: iaabo 25,000 NFHS 10,000
deductible: IAABO 500 NFHS 2500
accidental death: IAABO 5,000 NFHS 2500 (they no longer cover cardiac or circulatory deaths and do not cover to and from the game)
Dental: IAABO 2500 NFHS none
physical therapy: IAABO: full coverage NFHS: none
game fee reimbursement: IAABO up to 2500 at 50 per game NFHS none.

how does this compare with NASO?

alot of officals know they have insurance but do not know what they are covered for until it is to late.....
make your association spell out what you are covered for
on paper that is the only way you can compare.
