I have a plate umpire that didn't effectively maintain his lineup, that should have refused the 2nd courtesy runner usage by the same player.
I also have 2 runs scored, and now, with the appeal, #1 out as a duplicate courtesy runner in the same inning. There is no rule that goes any further, so all you have is the out when appealed, and you do not nullify the prior play.
