That coach and player should have been ejected for flagrant unsportsmanlike conduct. The referee should have written a letter explaining the situation, and sent copies to the school AD, the principlal, the Instructional Chairman of his association, and to the Child Welfare Department of that county. That coach should be charged with child endangerment.

And, by the way, where were the player's parents?
