I agree. When we start letting outside factors influence our
Judgement we run into trouble. Coaches do have input in the evaluation process in a lot of areas and I think some officials are too worried about likability. Which all coaches hate us anyway even though they may be cordial to our face. I have found that if you communicate well with the benches and work hard, the saner coaches will recognize and respect that. There are some crazies that probably should be in a mental asylum.
