UmpJM's link will get you the actual rule verbage and numeral but simply stated;

1) If BR is out on the play, the out stands and runner(s) go back.
2) If BR is safe on the play, runner advances only if the following runner 'forces' the preceding runner to the next base.
3) In no case may a run score when a runner has left early.

LL has the Red Flag for a runner leaving early.
