(Author's note: This guy obviously does not work for King County at Marymoor Park in Redmond. None would put in the work for a new pitcher's plate, much less be smart enough to get the joke. However, they WOULD be smart enough to give every umpire a $35 parking ticket for failure to pay the buck to enter the sacred parking lot.)
