I saw the same thing, but I was not under the impression that Mark did this to be seen. I thought he was doing this to be able to get an angle on the rebounding players, not to call attention to his call. That being said I could be totally wrong and we will never know for sure unless we talk to Mark directly. I have met Mark at a camp two years ago and I do not recall him advocating this as a specific mechanic or anyone else at that camp (or any camp) for that matter. That does not mean that he does not do this deliberately on this kind of violation.

I'm thinking he did do it to be seen and for all the right reasons. I've never seen it done but I think it's a great mechanic at that level and a national TV audience. If you ever bump into him again, make sure to ask.
