It's best not to try and "coach the coach!"

If he tries to enter an IP, or an inelligible CR I will say "coach, you can't do that," in other words, I won't accept an illegal sub. If the IP, or unreported sub enters, the oppossing team can now use that as an advantage. If I try and correct the coaching boo-boo, I will be removing that advantage!

Remember also in NFHS, there is a HUGE difference in the way an unreported sub, and an illegal sub is dealt with!
