That may vary with the state. I believe to have on-line access (that is, to be able to register with the NFHS for on-line access) you actually need to be a member of the NFHS Officials Association, not just a registered NFHS umpire. If your state provides membership in the NFHS Officials Association as part of your registration, then you're in. Otherwise, you need to independently join.
