Unless you are a close friend or a mentor, I do not think it is in your best interest to be telling anyone what they should or should not do. For one they might tell you go fly a kite. And in the world of officiating, some people have to learn the hard way. You could organize some training that helps people realize that they should or should not expect in officiating but that is all you can do. After that all you can do is let people figure out what is their path. Some people will cut it and others will not cut it. All you can control is yourself.
