Example 1. Player hits home run. Ball is dead. Four base award. Runner misses third in his home run trot. Coach sees this, but does nothing. Defense gets new ball and play is made live again. Defense appeals and runner is out.
Example 2. Same as Example 1. except coach grabs runners arm and shoves him back to third therefore robbing defense of a chance to appeal.
