Correct, "Baseball Rule Differences" by Carl Childress.
It covers the differences between OBR, FED, NCAA, & NAIA. But it's really more than that.
It's really a pretty comprehensive book covering interpretations for the myriad situations that might occur in baseball game (over 500 such), and then provides the Official Interpretations (where available) & authoritative opinions which guide the proper ruling on the situation in question, while pointing out the diffferences (where they exist) between the codes addressed.
I believe Carl initially published it in the early 80's and then published an "updated" version each year (with the conspicuous exception of 2007), including new rulings made and addressing rule changes since the previous edition.
The membership on the paid site costs $50.00 per year. With a paid memebrship, you get a $25 "credit" at the website store - which is roughly what the BRD costs.
