Give me a Our Lady of Perpetual Motion versus Our Lady of Humidity any day, I love 'em. Sadly, they're better than most of my varsity games.

I'm Catholic as well and have noticed that a couple of schools in our league seem to thumb their nose at the 6th grade rule that requires players to appear in at least 2 but no more than 3 quarters in a regulation game.
I found it ironic that at one of those games, the timer was complaining that players need a chance to rest. I thought to myself
"So how much rest did the player that illegally played all 24 minutes get?" :P
We have one of the teams at home this weekend. If they paint themselves into a corner this time, I will give them a choice of playing shorthanded or being reported to my AD and/or the league office, where they risk forfeiture and a one game suspension for the coach.
