Today in the 2nd game of a VG/
VB dh, the home team launched a desperation 3 just past half court at the buzzer to stretch their lead to 5 at halftime. In the 2nd half, the home team ran off about 1:30 with a one point lead and then a kid shot a terrible shot with about 20 seconds to go. They secured the rebound but traveled to give the visitors a shot at winning. They threw it away and then fouled with about 5 seconds left. 1&1 first shot is off and visitor rebounder heaves it and a teammate gets it about 20 feet from the basket, drives and lays it up. Buzzer sounds as ball bounces on rim and drops through for the win by a point.
First game was a snoozer. Off for 5 days. Merry Christmas everyone.
