Back in 2000-2002 my grade school started an intramural 2nd & 3rd grade co-ed instructional league (which has since evolved), and I was asked to referee these games (although I was pretty much told to focus on reach-ins and be a little more patient with evrything else).
My biggest piece of divce is to try to teach the kids about spacing. In our early years, we had 10 people all hovered around the ball which made things interestings (and very low scoring!
