Well, I don't see anybody here talking about getting in
shape for the season (which is still 8 months away), and
I'm the only one saying I need to drop a few, which is not
to say that I'm "out of shape". I won't bore you with my
excersize routine but believe me it's pretty intense &
comprehensive - in fact I usually gain a few in December
because I'm too busy working basketball to do my normal workout, then I level out & finally drop a few by the end of
February. But I said I wouldn't bore you so I won't.
