Is that still the case? Never understood the reasoning behind it, but it was rules like that which was one of the minor factors which drove my team away from NSA tournaments.

Rule 9-1w...The ball is dead when a foul ball is caught and the batter has 2 strikes.

I've never really looked into of the NSA slo-pitch rules. All of the SP around here is ASA.
