That is not what was being discussed.
The two methods being discussed were the OBR....
"That's a balk" (Wait for play to end) "TIME! That's a balk."
And FED:
"TIME! That's a balk."
There can be, and often is, a significant difference.
Do what you want. I believe in this instance there is a right and wrong.
