2) Again, this is
NOT the play being discussed. It has completely different circumstances. In the original post there was NO timing
mistake made. Notwithstanding that, this play is similar in that the ball is dead if it is still in the shooter's hands when the horn goes off, under both NCAA and NFHS rules. And because there is no definite information available, no time can be put back on the clock-- also by rule.
