AT the end of the day interference is JUDGEMENT .
What you describe and what actually happens in a split second often is slightly different but enough to be or not to be !
I would think though any umpire can explain their judgement decision to a coach .
A thought .
If you are unsure if it is or isnt interference it probably isnt .
