So I think I'm just trying to figure out if I need to change
my way of thinking.
I admit I normally have a quicker trigger than alot of referees.
I think it is as devdog says, I just know what I will take and what I won't.
I've been taught by some pretty good people and I try to
handle things in a similar manner as they would.
I'm always learning and tweeking though.

Drake, don't change your way of thinking.Giving out T's when they are DESERVED is one way of assessing a good official-at ANY level. The weak ones are the ones that walk away from their problems instead of taking care of them. These guys can con and politic their way up to a certain level, but they'll never rise above that level. It will get recognized eventually that you're doing exactly what you are being paid to do.You also can look at yourself in a mirror after a game!
