Sorry, maybe I should have worded the question more clearly like other posters do:
I BELIEVE THAT THE ONLY TIME A PLAYER CAN'T RETURN TO TOUCH A BASE IS WHEN A FOLLOWING RUNNER HAS SCORED. AM I RIGHT OR WRONG HERE?
