I would think you would give the double foul signal, then the T signal for each foul.
Maybe it is an NCAA thing I missed (my apologizes ahead of time if it is), but please don't immitate that ref in the UCLA game a few weeks ago and give an "ejection" signal. Basketball doesn't have one.
