1) I really don't know. Maybe say something to him about playing basketball, not football? I really don't know.

every time that player might commit a foul all through the whole game? How is dealing with this particular player so different than dealing with
all players?
This whole "game-interrupter" thingy is just confusing to me. I'm just trying to get a good explanation on just
exactly what it is.
