1) I really don't know. Maybe say something to him about playing basketball, not football? I really don't know.
2) In my mind, the best way to deal with this kid is just call the fouls as soon as you see them and don't let him escalate it.

every player on both teams
every time that player might commit a foul all through the whole game? How is dealing with this particular player so different than dealing with
all players?
This whole "game-interrupter" thingy is just confusing to me. I'm just trying to get a good explanation on just
exactly what it is.
