I don't think so. You've got 2 possible scenarios:

1) Common personal foul on B1 followed by intentional technical on A2; or
2) Intentional personal foul on B1 followed by intentional technical on A2.

In (1), A1 shoots 2 free throws then any member of Team B shoots 2 free throws, then Team B receives the ball at midcourt for a throw-in.

In (2), A1 shoots 2 free throws then any member of Team B shoots 2 free throws, then Team B receives the ball at midcourt for a throw-in.
