I had that happen last year in a game (2 man). My partner had made a couple of quick non-shooting foul calls (I don't recall thinking they were wrong at the time; certainly not horrendous) as a lead, and the home team's (defense at that end) asked us to switch. I politely shook my head. Although I was sure she would ask me about it later, she didn't.
