If he calls it an occupational hazard, you need a different podiatrist. It can be crippling, and needs treating, not just ignoring. Even if it's not PF, I'd find someone else. That guy may know a lot about corns and bunions, but you have problems that need a different type of understanding. Look for "sports specialtist" or "physical training" or "running and sports" in their advertising.
