One thing you might try, mightyvol, is asking these officials what someone else's perception of the whole situation might be...example: visiting jv coach happens to be standing at the other end of the hallway and sees home coach go into the locker room...has no idea what is said in there, but knows the coach was in there with the refs...what will his perception of those officials be now? Will that team want them doing any more of their games?? If they don't report it, they could come out looking pretty bad around that league...if they do report it, when the visiting coach or AD calls the assignor to complain about the perceived situation, the assignor can tell him that it isn't what he thinks, there is a report filed, and it is being investigated...they come out looking a whole lot better!
