I'm not sure how your local referee group is set up, but that should definitely be reported. In my area, you would submit an "incident report" to the local referee association and then the board of directors of the referee association would follow-up on it.
Referees have a right to their privacy after the game. The home coach had NO BUSINESS being in there. Report it.
