Some questions...did you find out if the team had been notified that the clock was running down? Also, what do you mean by 1 min. before the half is to start??? Is there still one minute on the half-time clock? Or is the clock at zero?? Rule 10-1-5-a says they have one minute AFTER the half-time clock hits 0:00 before they have to be ready...
