It doesn't really matter how the coach approached the official, or what tone of voice was used in the request...one of the first things we as officials need to learn is that we are ALWAYS to be professional - regardless of how others act or behave...a simple request gets a "Sure thing, coach" or "We'll try, coach"... a yelling request might be dealt with differently, but still as a professional...this official - if this is true - was way out of line...
