I think it is a coach's right to whine and complain a little bit. If it is at their players, or anything else not directed at you, and not abusive, don't give a T. As to you, you have to draw the line, once it gets personal, like "hey reff, that was a horrible call" vs. "hey reff, YOU are horrible", there is a difference, and you must distinguish between the 2.
