Rather than tossing the coach before the game, I'd much rather see the look on his face when we met at the coaches/captains meeting for the boys game. Heck, I'd (almost) be willing to give my partner my game fee if he'd let me be the R and run that meeting. I'd meet the coach with a big smile, and hearty handshake, and "Coach, I can't tell you how gratifying it is to get to work your game tonight."
