Be careful here, there IS an airborne shooter "rule" (definition) under ncaa-m.
What there is in the ncaa rules is an extension of the PC foul definition to include both a player with the ball (airborne or not)
and an airborne shooter for women, just as in fed rules. For ncaa-m a PC foul
only occurs when a player has control of the ball.
