Mandatory Warm-up Activity Following Intermission: 3 minutes (The head coach is responsible for his team being on the field for mandatory warm-up time at the end of the scheduled halftime intermission.)
This states that the TEAM must be on the field and not A PLAYER. My state says that all team members who may play, this excludes sick, injured, or non-dressing team members, in the game shall be on the field prior to the 3 minutes starting. If the three minutes is delayed then there is a foul. Both teams will get three minutes to warm up no matter what.
