Player B, who is trying to keep the ball in the area, bends down to head the ball and does so right at the point of where the foot of Player A is clearing the ball. Player A's foot makes contact with Player B's head. Is this a dangerous play call for either Player A or B, or no call at all?
What was the sequence? Dangerous play would seem to be an infraction by whoever acted last.
