Being a Go Along to Get Along DOES NOT WORK when it comes to officiating sports. Being a "nice guy" to the players does nothing more than cause your fellow officials pain and heart ache. IOW, as far as I'm concerned, if you are not going to do the job right, get out and find something else to do with your time.
I don't see any of those factors fitting me and I can't stand the behavior above.
