Honestly, I like the new mechanic because I'm now a referee and can look directly at the holder / kicker with a perfect view. I'll deal with what I'm told though. It's not THAT big of a deal.
We really had no problems with it last Friday,as the referee on our crew I took it upon myself to communicate to wing official that should be under the goalpost. We can hold off a bit on blowing the ready for play until we are ready. We even had one left footed and one right footed kicker.
