There is a lot to be said about experience. At your age (That is not your fault, you are chronologically-inhibited ) it is best to withhold judgment and observe, soak up the experience and learn from others mistakes. Observant and competent scorers (and timers) are an invaluable part of the game. Do your job well and be patient your chance to get "floor time" will come.
