REPLY: For force, the only thing that matters is what caused the ball to cross from the field of play into the endzone. Anything that happens to the ball once it enters the end zone needs to be considered, but it will not change the force. In other words, B's bat is a foul that needs to be disposed of, but it is
not a new force.
