Technically it may be a double dribble since I'm part of the floor and he has both hands on the ball when he passed. Comments?
No, because this is part of a pass.

A1 uses both hands in a bounce pass to A2. Do you call a double dribble when the ball touches the court?

Remember, the dribble only ends when touched in both hands. If you have another dribble, then it is a double. (I.e., A1 can push the ball to the floor with both hands, then catch the ball. He can no longer dribble, but may pass/shoot/request TO.)
